Shandong Zhongxing Metal Steel Grit is an angular metallic abrasive designed for shot blasting, surface preparation, rust removal, descaling and coating pretreatment. With sharp edges, stable hardness and strong cutting performance, steel grit can create a clean and rough anchor profile to improve coating adhesion on metal surfaces. It is widely used in steel structures, shipyards, foundries, bridge construction, steel plate processing, pipeline surface preparation and metal fabrication industries.
Steel grit is produced by melting high-quality steel, atomizing it into steel shot, crushing the shot into angular particles, and then screening and heat-treating the material according to required hardness and size.
